Ha meaning sun, and Tha meaning moon - Hatha yoga invites balance by uniting our inner dualities. Using this beautiful, foundational practice as my base, I integrate complementary styles and offer considered hands-on adjustments, supporting you to create space and expansiveness.

embodiment is the exploration of how the body holds our lived experience.
becoming embodied is a process of coming home - returning to your centre and bringing awareness to how you move, feel, and think.
the body offers a physical reference point, a place where we can listen more deeply and learn more honestly about our lives.
regardless of your experience, age, or ability, this practice is an invitation into expression beyond form or performance. There is no right way to feel or move - only your way.
