the practice, as taught and developed by Sattva Yoga founder Anand Mehrotra is rooted in the Tantric and Kundalini traditions of the Himalayas.
these techniques work on a psycho-physiological level, they oxygenate the entire body, whilst helping us move beyond the thinking mind - a potent tool to shift stuck & stagnant energy

asana (meaning seat) is the physical practice of yoga relating to the body.
through my extensive movement training, I have developed a deep understanding of how our bodies can move efficiently to gain strength, suppleness & space.
Ha = sun, Tha = moon, Hatha yoga helps us to find balance within by uniting our dualities. Using the beautiful practice of Hatha yoga as my base, I implement various other styles including hands on adjustments, allowing you to find space & expansive like never before

embodied movement
embodied movement is the exploration of how our bodies hold our experience.
becoming embodied is a process of coming home; being centred in oneself and bringing awareness to the way you move, feel and think.
the body is a physical reference point by which we can learn a lot about our lives.
whatever your level of experience, age, or ability, this practice is a journey of expression b e y o n d ability and experience. Here, we move into body time. There’s no right experience to have, only your experience
