I’m Esmée Halliday - a dancer, mover, and 800-hour Yoga Teacher, trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London and the Sattva Yoga Academy in the Himalayas.
Movement has always been my way of making sense of the world. Over time, my curiosity led me beyond dance and yoga into the intelligence of the body itself - somatics, breath, and the ways we store our experiences beneath the surface.
I believe my training at Trinity Laban laid the foundation for this work. Laban’s approach to movement is more than dance technique; it’s about how we take up space, express ourselves, and move through life. This understanding now shapes everything I do.
I help people reconnect with their bodies - not by forcing change, but by creating space to notice, feel, and listen. Whether through movement, breath, or somatic practices, my work is about unwinding tension, shifting old patterns, and finding a sense of inner freedom.
Whether in group sessions, one-on-one work, or immersive retreats, I help you land back into your body and trust its wisdom - so you can move through life with
more ease, confidence, and joy
